The individualized attention you receive as one of our clients is unique. A single transportation agent will work exclusively with you to meet your needs. The agent becomes your single point of contact for providing freight rates, booking loads with carriers and tracing shipments.

3. Where can I ship with Freight Managers Inc.?
Freight Managers Inc. services Canada and the United States by truck and rail transportation. Points beyond North America are served by ocean and air carriers.

4. Are there any size restrictions?
There are no restrictions to the size of shipments we handle. Whether a single pallet or a bulk commodity, we are here to provide you with the right solution for your problem.

5. Who invoices me for the shipments?
Freight Managers Inc. invoices you for all contracted services. All charges are fully audited to insure your bill is accurate and eliminate the need to use a freight auditing service.

6. Are freight rates guaranteed?
Freight Managers Inc. guarantees all rates for 40 days from the date they are issued. The only time a freight quote is not guaranteed is if the shipment's actual dimensions, weight or service requirements are changed without notification.

7. Are transit times guaranteed?
Freight Managers Inc. will guarantee transit times provided your requirements are explained to your transportation agent at time you request a freight rate.

8. What about liability?
Liability for your shipments remains with the contracted carrier. However, your agent will be there to help you quickly resolve any potential claim.

9. Is my company information private?
Freight Managers Inc. will not sell, submit or otherwise divulge your company information to any other party. Carriers will receive all shipping information and instructions through Freight Managers Inc.

10. My company does not have internet access. Can we still use Freight Managers Inc.?
You do not need to have internet access to use Freight Managers Inc.'s services. You can contact us at 1-800-608-7304 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
